Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post and The United States Parcel Service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, there are several items for which we cannot accept returns. For hygienic reasons, panties, body slimmers, SAXX, swimwear, silicone enhancers, and mastectomy forms can only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.
All discounted and sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise, and will repair or replace any product deemed to have been defective at time of purchase.
We understand that everyone changes their mind, and sometimes we make purchases that we’re not 100% in love with once we get it home. If you are in any way dissatisfied, you have 10 days to arrange for an exchange or store credit note on eligible items. We do not provide refunds. Items must unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all original tags and labels must still be attached.
